3. Booking & Ticketing

3.1 Fare Display

All fares displayed on our website are informational and subject to change, availability, and confirmation at the time of booking. Fares are not guaranteed until a booking is completed and ticketed.

3.2 Service Fees

In addition to airline fares, taxes, and fees, Smart Service Trips charges a non-refundable service fee for booking assistance. The service fee will be clearly disclosed by our agent before you authorize the charge.

3.3 Payment

You authorize Smart Service Trips to charge the total booking amount (including airfare, taxes, service fees, and any add-ons) to your selected payment method. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

3.4 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your itinerary and booking reference (PNR). It is your responsibility to verify all details — including names, dates, times, and destinations — immediately upon receipt. Errors reported after 4 hours of booking may incur correction fees imposed by the airline.

Smart Service Trips is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

5. Changes & Cancellations

6. Fare Rules & Restrictions

Most discounted fares are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have restrictions on changes. Before booking, our agent will explain the fare rules applicable to your itinerary. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you understand and accept those rules.

7. Pricing Errors

Occasionally, fares displayed on our website may contain errors due to technical glitches, supplier miscommunication, or typographical mistakes. Smart Service Trips reserves the right to cancel any booking made at an obviously erroneous price and issue a full refund of the amount charged.
