1. Nature of Our Services

Smart Service Trips is an independent travel agency that acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, car-rental companies, etc.). We are not an airline and not affiliated with any airline or travel supplier. When you book through us, the actual transportation or accommodation is provided by the relevant supplier, subject to their own terms, conditions, and fare rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking & Ticketing

3.1 Fare Display

All fares displayed on our website are informational and subject to change, availability, and confirmation at the time of booking. Fares are not guaranteed until a booking is completed and ticketed.

3.2 Service Fees

In addition to airline fares, taxes, and fees, Smart Service Trips charges a non-refundable service fee for booking assistance. The service fee will be clearly disclosed by our agent before you authorize the charge.

3.3 Payment

You authorize Smart Service Trips to charge the total booking amount (including airfare, taxes, service fees, and any add-ons) to your selected payment method. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

3.4 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your itinerary and booking reference (PNR). It is your responsibility to verify all details — including names, dates, times, and destinations — immediately upon receipt. Errors reported after 4 hours of booking may incur correction fees imposed by the airline.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Ensure that the names on your reservation exactly match your government-issued photo ID or passport
• Arrive at the airport with sufficient time before departure (typically 2-3 hours for domestic, 3-4 hours for international)
• Obtain all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health documents
• Comply with airline and destination-country regulations

Smart Service Trips is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

5. Changes & Cancellations

6. Fare Rules & Restrictions

Most discounted fares are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have restrictions on changes. Before booking, our agent will explain the fare rules applicable to your itinerary. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you understand and accept those rules.

7. Pricing Errors

Occasionally, fares displayed on our website may contain errors due to technical glitches, supplier miscommunication, or typographical mistakes. Smart Service Trips reserves the right to cancel any booking made at an obviously erroneous price and issue a full refund of the amount charged.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on smartservicetrips.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Smart Service Trips or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Airline names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the website or our systems
• Attempt to access any account or data not belonging to you
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our content without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Service Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the service fee paid by you to Smart Service Trips for that booking.

We are not responsible for:

• Airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, equipment changes, or service disruptions
• Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage (handled by the carrier)
• Acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, wars, government actions, or other force majeure events
• Injury, illness, or loss occurring during your travel

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Service Trips, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability
